School Meals & Milk

SCHOOL MEALS

Children in Reception,  Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals,  as such you will shortly be receiving an email from SchoolGrid (Dolce's online portal) regarding your child’s school meal account. (Please check Spam/Junk folders.) We respectfully ask that you please try and access this as soon as possible and let Mrs Ward in the school office know if you have any issues.

As parent/guardian you are responsible for ordering (and cancelling meals if your child is ill or not attending school.)

Whilst Universal Infant School Meals are free to the children, we as a school do get charged for any that are not cancelled. 

PLEASE NOTE:  For your convenience, SchoolGrid can be used on a smart phone.

The SchoolGrid portal is simple to use. Once meals have been selected they turn green and not selected stay red.  To cancel simply click on the day you wish to cancel and it will go red. You are free to choose as many or as few meals in a term as you wish.

COOLMILK

All EYFS children will receive FREE milk until their 5th birthday. The school automatically applies for this and parents can continue if they wish by filling out a registration form which can be found here. 

If your child has a milk intolerance or allergy, please ensure that you inform us on their Data Collection Form. Thank you.
