Wraparound Care (WAC)

King's Sutton Primary Academy offers Afterschool Wraparound Care each day from 3:20 - 6:00pm. Offering this alongside the established Breakfast Club run by King's Sutton Preschool means we are able to offer parents and carers of KSPA pupils full wraparound care provision. Wraparound Care sessions are play based clubs offered to children attending KSPA. Activities available will include board games, card games/puzzles, Lego, craft, playground activities, Mathletics and other ICT based activities.

KSPA reserve the right to remove bookings from the online sign up if a parent fails to return a completed registration form or payment in advance for booked sessions.

• Wraparound Care sessions can be booked and paid for online, via the Arbor Parent Portal. 
• Ad hoc/short notice sessions can be booked subject to availability via the Arbor Parent Portal. PLEASE NOTE: These must be booked by 3:00pm at the latest. 
• Bookings are to be paid in advance with the exception of those who choose to pay by childcare voucher. These will be invoiced at the end of the term. No refunds will be given for sessions missed due to sickness/school absences.

KSPA Afterschool Club runs from 3:20pm until 6:00pm.

At present, we have three sessions per day: 

• 3:20 - 4:30pm - £4.50
• 3:20 - 5:30pm - £8.50
• 3:20 - 6:00pm - £9.00

Sessions are charges at per child, per session.

Childcare Vouchers

Your employer may be able to help you with childcare costs using childcare vouchers or other schemes.
You don’t have to pay tax and National Insurance on:

• childcare vouchers
• childcare your employer arranges with a provider (sometimes known as ‘directly contracted childcare’)
• workplace nurseries

You can get up to £55.00 a week from childcare vouchers, depending on how much you earn and when you joined the scheme.

KS Preschool Breakfast Club operates from 7:45am until 8:40am 

Breakfast club is available to children attending either Preschool or Primary Academy.

Option 1 (Early Birds) – 7:45am - 8:40am

The following option will be charged at £5.90 (adhoc £6.40)

Option 2 (Breakfast Club) – 8:00am - 8:40am

The following option will be charged at £5.50 (adhoc £6.00)

Breakfast is included in the price.
