Our Curriculum Vision
At King's Sutton Primary Academy, we want our children to enjoy a safe and happy school life that offers the very best quality of education through a broad curriculum design that develops the whole character of the child.
Our vision is that all of our children develop a deep sense of self-awareness and an awareness of others. This will allow them to take their place as responsible citizens, who care for themselves and those around them, in a modern day British society.
Our curriculum is being rapidly built in order to personally develop the whole child. We have revisited the school values of Achieve, inspire and Respect to underpin everything we do.
Why do we need to do this?
To develop a whole school culture that is underpinned by our values.
To be ambitious as a whole school community for what we can achieve.
To ensure that a broad curriculum is in place that educates children in the broadest possible sense.
To ensure that all our children are ready for the next stage of their education.
To make sure there is a consistency of approach in all areas of school life from teaching to behaviour and rewards.
